Warranty and Service

Hearit Company guarantees the satisfactory function and condition of its Hearit auditory tools for one year from the date of delivery. The shipping invoice serves as the warranty certificate. Hearit Company will remedy all faults due to defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damages caused by careless or negligent use of Hearit/Voice-it instruments or accessories. Nor does the warranty cover faults or defects occurring as a result of non-professional repairs. Warranty and service repairs can be obtained through the Hearit Company. A standard $100.00 is charged for any amplifier repairs or replacements that is necessary after the warranty period ends.
